Shipping policy

Order Processing Time Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, please allow [1-3] business days for us to design, create, and pack your order before it is handed off to the shipping carrier. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship We are proudly based in Alberta and currently ship exclusively to the following Canadian provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to other Canadian provinces and territories.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart:

  • Standard Items: Enjoy FREE Shipping across all our service areas!

  • Oversized Items: Due to the size and special packaging required to keep our 14x18 wooden panels safe in transit, a flat-rate shipping fee of $20.00 CAD applies.

  • Mixed Orders: If your order contains both standard and oversized items, the $20 flat rate will apply to cover the safe transport of the larger pieces.

Damages in Transit We pack our items carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
