Returns and Exchanges
- Personalized Items: Because some of our products are custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer errors (such as typos provided during the ordering process). All sales on personalized items are final.
- Damages and Issues: We stand behind the quality of our work! Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Replacement Process: To report a damaged or defective item, simply email us at support@miwamarket.ca with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review the photo and gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
